A thanksgiving for all the experiences and lessons that have led me here, led me to finding my personal power and ultimately to the birthing of her.
It is through self-care and other embodiment practices that my own healing journey began, and have been able to move from what seemed like a constant state of flight or fight to one of ease, rest and allowing. Through reconnecting with my senses and simply building a self-care routine - I was able to begin healing and nurturing myself which then gave me space to discover my own inner light.
