Last week was one of those weeks for me. I was battling a rough cold, and with a major order looming, I wasn’t sure how I’d manage. It wasn’t just the size of the order—it felt important to me because it was a step towards expanding my brand. But feeling unwell, with everything else on my plate, I wasn’t sure I had the energy. So, I said a simple prayer: “Angels, you have to help me,” and decided to trust in the process.
To my surprise, the week unfolded effortlessly. Every roadblock I had anticipated seemed to melt away. I met kind, incredible souls along the way, the logistics I had worried about worked themselves out, and despite feeling under the weather, I somehow completed one of my best batches of candles to date. It was as if every detail was being divinely guided, allowing me to stay in flow even when I didn’t feel at my strongest.
This experience reminded me that no prayer or intention is too small. We often think that alignment or miracles show up in big, dramatic ways—but sometimes, it’s in the simple ease of things falling into place. The universe, our guides, our angels, or whatever force you believe in, is always at work, even in the smallest details. It’s in those moments of surrender, when we let go of control, that we create space for co-creation with the universe.
Looking back, it’s not lost on me that this happened just as I reached a significant milestone: one year since I left my research career to pursue Lumin full-time. That leap of faith was filled with its own uncertainties, and over the past year, there were plenty of times when things didn’t go as planned. But last week reaffirmed that I’m exactly where I’m meant to be. I’m learning that even when the journey isn’t always clear, or things aren't moving as fast as I'd like, I am deeply supported and guided on this path.
I want to encourage you to trust that things can work out for you, too. Sometimes, the healing journey, like life, can feel like ease. It doesn’t always have to be a struggle. Let go, trust, and make space for miracles, even in the smallest ways. You are supported, more than you know.
